GLASSTEK FIBERGLASS, INC. SALES POLICIES   
 
LIABILITIES:
The following is made in lieu of all warranties expressed or implied. The user of any products manufactured or sold by Glasstek Inc. is responsible for determining the suitability of the product for the intended use, and the user is therefore responsible for all risks and liabilities connected with the use of these products. All products manufactured and sold by Glasstek Inc. must be installed by a legally certified body shop or service center, or Glasstek Inc. will not assume any responsibility pertaining to the product. Glasstek Inc. recommends hood pins on the front of all bolt on style hoods for safety!

ORDER SPECIFICATIONS:
When ordering from Glasstek Inc., be sure to clarify your order. State your full name, street address, city, state, zip code and phone number. Be sure that the items ordered are fully described with part number, year, model and make of car, etc. Please specify any special instructions.

MERCHANDISE RETURNS:
No merchandise may be returned to Glasstek Inc. for any reason without written authorization from Glasstek Inc. All orders or merchandise approved for return must be shipped prepaid and insured, and must be accompanied by the original invoice or date an number of invoice. A service charge of 15% will be deducted on all returned merchandise, except in the case of factory errors or defects. Any other returned merchandise must be returned within 30 days if a refund or credit is to be received.

CUSTOMER PICK-UP ORDERS:
Due to a large number of orders not being picked up, customer pick up orders will be held for 2 weeks and may be sold after 2 weeks unless other pick-up arrangements have been made with Glasstek Inc.

CANCELLATIONS:
Any orders cancelled will be subject to a handling charge of 15%.

  SPECIAL ORDERS AND CHARGES:
All custom products and mold charges will be prepaid and are non-returnable. Any products that are to be customized must be specified on original order.

NOTICE TO PURCHASER:
Due to a number of NSF and returned checks, there will be a $30.00 service charge on any and all returned checks. Checks will no longer be accepted for any customer pick-ups, unless pre-approved by Glasstek Inc.

SHIPPING & PRICING:
Shipping, crating & boxing costs are the responsibility of the customer. All items sent via truck will be sent freight collect. All UPS costs must be prepaid. Glasstek Inc. is not responsible for any freight costs or damages. Glasstek Inc. will try to use well respected common carriers.

CRATES:
$280.00 for complete body kit crating
$140.00 for one piece dragster body
$180.00 for roof clips & roadster bodies
$80.00 for front ends
$100.00 for front ends with other parts included same crate  
BOXES:
$30.00 for larger hoods and some hoods with scoop installations.
$20.00 for hoods and doors, fenders, large trunks and large bumpers
$15.00 for small trunks, regular bumpers, scoops, & other misc. parts.

On multiple part orders, we will try to put them all in one crate or box if possible. Additional box charges may be necessary on some orders

All prices subject to change without notice. Prices are per each item unless specified. Glasstek Inc. is not responsible for printing errors in catalogs, web pages, or any advertisements. Most products are made to order so delivery times may vary. Time frame given to make molds are estimated, and may vary depending on the work involved.
